Why was I charged more than a 10% selling fee?

When you sell an item, Depop automatically charges a 10% fee on the total transaction amount, including shipping costs. This charge is taken directly from your Paypal account or the card you are using for payments separately, before the remainder of the money you have made is paid to you.

Because we charge this fee in USD, GBP or EUR, we may end up taking slightly more than 10% from sellers outside the US, Great Britain, and Europe due to the exchange rate. If you're a US, British or European seller and you were charged more than 10%, please send us an email to support@depop.com with your username and a Community Support agent will get back to you within 24-hours.
