Yes, as long as you retain a valid proof of postage and delivery. We accept signed for and/or tracked postage.

To be considered valid, this has to include the date and the buyer's shipping address, which needs to match their address on the receipt. You will also need to be able to prove that the item has been delivered.

This is the only evidence we will accept as proof of postage. As a seller, if a dispute is opened against you and you are unable to provide proof of postage, we will resolve the dispute in favour of the buyer.

 

Item Not As Described

Yes, as long as you are able to prove that the differences were disclosed to the buyer before purchase.

This is the only evidence we will accept as proof that the item is as described. As a seller, if a dispute is opened against you and you are unable to provide proof that item is as described and unable to provide proof that the differences were disclosed, we will resolve the dispute in favour of the buyer.
