How do I leave feedback?

Depop allows you to leave feedback only on items you purchase or sell in-app. All feedback is public, it cannot be edited but only deleted. If you delete your feedback, you can't leave a second one.

If you are a buyer

  1. Purchase the item using the in-app ‘Buy’ button
  2. Once you receive the item, leave a feedback to the seller. To leave a feedback:
  • Tap ‘Profile’ in the bottom right of your screen (on Android, go to the main menu)
  • Tap ‘Purchased items’
  • Select the item you want to leave a feedback about
  • Leave your feedback 

If you are a seller

  1. Activate the Instant Payment for all your items to allow in-app purchase
  2. Once you receive the payment, ship you item within three days
  3. Once the buyer confirms they have received your item, leave a feedback. To do it:
  • Tap ‘Profile’ in the bottom right of your screen (on Android, go to the main menu)
  • Tap ‘Sold items’
  • Select the item you want to leave a feedback about
  • Leave your feedback
