How do I leave feedback?

Team Depop -

Depop allows you to leave feedback only on items you purchase or sell in-app. All feedback is public, it cannot be edited but only deleted. If you delete your feedback, you can't leave a second one.

If you are a buyer

  1. Purchase the item using the red Buy button
  2. Once you receive the item, leave the seller some feedback. To do this:
  • Tap the Profile iconprofile.png in the bottom right of your screen (on Android, go to the main menu)
  • Tap the Receipts icon receipts.png and then Purchased 
  • Select the item you want to leave feedback about
  • Select Leave Feedback and write away!

If you are a seller

  1. Once you receive payment, ship your item within three days
  2. Once the buyer confirms they have received your item, it's time to leave feedback. To do it:
  • Tap Profile profile.png in the bottom right of your screen (on Android, go to the main menu)
  • Tap the Receipts icon receipts.png and then Sold
  • Select the item you want to leave feedback about
  • Leave your feedback
