Yes, as long as you are able to provide proof that there is a significant difference and that the difference was not disclosed by the seller before purchase.
This is the only evidence we will accept as proof that the item is not as described. As a buyer, if you open a dispute and you are unable to provide proof that the item is not as described, we will resolve the dispute in favour of the seller.
