Why is my item inactive?

Your item will have been made inactive because we noticed you hadn't been using Depop for a while!

We do this when a user is inactive for 28 days or more, to prevent other users from buying items and not receiving them or being able to communicate with the seller. Not to worry though! The item(s) will automatically become active again after you login or open your Depop app, and it can take an hour or so.

If you have been active in the last 28 days and this has happened in error, let us know! Simply email support@depop.com.
